Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an Associate in Executive Compensation to help shape the strategy, design, and execution of our executive compensation program.

You will analyze compensation data, develop insights for senior management, and support CMDC communications and external disclosures. Responsibilities include preparing materials for committee meetings, supporting Say-on-Pay initiatives, monitoring peer programs and regulatory requirements, and partnering with teams to automate tasks using AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in executive compensation, investor relations, finance, strategy.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and balance big picture with details.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with intellectual curiosity, strong work ethic, sound judgment, and integrity.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; interest in AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for Compensation & Management Development Committee meetings and track action items.
• Contribute to the proxy statement's Compensation Discussion & Analysis section and support Say-on-Pay initiatives.
• Monitor peer compensation programs, industry trends, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Review compensation programs and outcomes; conduct pay-for-performance forecasts; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Provide analytical support for ad hoc research and asset/logistic tasks.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline CMDC prep and benchmarking.
