Job summary

MillerKnoll seeks a Program Director, Executive & Variable Rewards to lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of executive compensation and incentive programs. You will partner with Finance, Legal, and the Compensation Committee to align pay with business goals and shareholder interests.

Responsibilities include developing base salary and equity plans, managing governance and disclosures, and advising leadership on executive talent decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, economics, accounting, or related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10–15 years of progressive compensation experience.
  • 7+ years of executive compensation experience.
  • Cert CCP, CECP, CEP, or equivalent professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise executive compensation function, strategy, governance, and program administration.
  • Prepare and deliver Compensation Committee and Board materials.
  • Design and implement executive base salary, annual/long-term incentive, and equity programs.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and governance requirements.
  • Provide executive compensation consultation to leadership, HR, Finance, Legal, Investor Relations.
