Job summary

IntelliPro Group in San Francisco, CA, hybrid, 3 months with possibility to extend, seeks an Executive Compensation Manager. The role leads the creation of Compensation Committee materials and administration of executive pay programs to satisfy SEC requirements and investor expectations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive compensation experience, ideally within high-growth and/or large-cap technology companies.
• Direct experience supporting executive compensation decisions, Compensation Committee processes, benchmarking, disclosures, and governance/compliance requirements.
• Direct experience with compensation surveys.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of Compensation Committee materials and administration of executive pay programs that satisfy the SEC’s requirements and the high growth expectations of our investors.
