Job summary

IntelliPro is seeking a Project Manager II in San Francisco, CA for a 6-month contract. The role is hybrid (T/W/Th in Office) with a pay rate of $58 per hour (USD).

You will partner with Compensation Partners, HRBPs, and Talent Acquisition to influence compensation strategy and lead process improvements. Required: 6+ years in broad-based compensation and 3+ years in sales compensation, strong data modeling, and ability to present to senior management.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Broad-based Compensation experience and 3+ years of Sales Compensation experience.
• Advanced data modeling skills (Excel/Google Sheets) to synthesize large data sets.
• Ability to present complex concepts to senior management and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Advise and influence compensation strategy and programs with partners and leaders.
• Identify and implement ongoing compensation process improvements and policies.
• Collaborate with analytics and design teams on broad-based and sales programs.
