Job summary

IntelliPro Group in San Francisco, CA, hybrid, 3 months with possibility to extend, seeks an Executive Compensation Manager. The role leads the creation of Compensation Committee materials and administration of executive pay programs to satisfy SEC requirements and investor expectations.

You will also assist in drafting the annual proxy statement to secure a favorable Say-on-Pay vote, while ensuring the executive team is rewarded for building long-term shareholder value and maintaining

Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive compensation experience, ideally within high-growth and/or large-cap technology companies.
• Direct experience supporting executive compensation decisions, Compensation Committee processes, benchmarking, disclosures, and governance/compliance requirements.
• Direct experience with compensation surveys.

Salary Range $100-110 per hour (USD)

You will ensure the executive team is rewarded forbuilding long-term shareholder value while maintaining compliance.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of executive compensation experience, ideally withinhigh-growth and/or large-cap technology companies.
• Direct experience supporting executive compensationdecisions, Compensation Committee processes, benchmarking,disclosures, and governance/compliance requirements.
• Direct experience with compensation surveys.

Preferences (not required):

• Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and comfort producingboard-level and executive-ready materials.
• Exemplary judgment and absolute discretion in managing highly confidential executive compensation data and sensitiveleadership matters.
