Job summary

IntelliPro is seeking a Project Manager II in San Francisco, CA for a 6-month contract. The role is hybrid (T/W/Th in Office) with a pay rate of $58 per hour (USD).

You will partner with Compensation Partners, HRBPs, and Talent Acquisition to influence compensation strategy and lead process improvements. Required: 6+ years in broad-based compensation and 3+ years in sales compensation, strong data modeling, and ability to present to senior management.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Broad-based Compensation experience and 3+ years of Sales Compensation experience.
• Advanced data modeling skills (Excel/Google Sheets) to synthesize large data sets.
• Ability to present complex concepts to senior management and leaders.

Job Summary (Responsibilities and Requirements):

Description:

• Strategic Business Consultation: Partner with Compensation Business Partners, HRBPs, and Talent Acquisition to advise and influence business leaders on compensation strategy, programs, and issues.
• Process Improvement & Execution:Drive the identification, assessment, and implementation of ongoing compensation process improvements and policies aligned with business goals.
• Program Collaboration:Collaborate with Compensation Analytics & Design to execute and deliver Uber's broad-based and sales compensation programs.

• Experience Level: 6+ years of Broad-based Compensation experience and 3+ years of Sales Compensation experience.
• Technical & Analytical Skills: Advanced data modeling skills (Excel/Google Sheets) with the ability to synthesize complex, high-volume data into clear business conclusions.
• Communication & Stakeholder Presentation: Ability to present complex concepts and analysis into simple, compelling recommendations to senior management and business leaders.

Are there any other desired skills that would be "nice to have" for this role, but are not mandatory?

• Industry Background: Track record in a fast-paced technology environment, specifically SaaS, marketplace platforms, or on-demand logistics/food delivery.
• Commission & CRM Software: Hands-on experience with modern commission software (e.g., CaptivateIQ, Spiff, Xactly) and CRM tools (Salesforce).
• Cross-Functional & Senior Stakeholder Engagement: Experience directly engaging with senior management in Sales and TA, combined with formal project management skills.
