Job summary

Wolfspeed is seeking an Executive Compensation Analyst to support the design, governance, and communication of executive compensation programs. You will partner with Legal, Finance, Payroll, and Board committees to ensure accurate disclosures and compliant administration of cash, equity, and incentive plans.

The role requires strong analytical and financial modeling skills, advanced Excel/PowerPoint, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and board members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, Business or related field required.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities essential.
  • Experience with executive compensation and governance preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Administer executive and director compensation programs including cash, equity, and incentives.
  • Support Compensation Committee meeting materials and analyses.
  • Coordinate proxy disclosures and CD&A content with legal and finance teams.
  • Manage Section 16 reporting and executive governance documentation.
  • Oversee equity compensation administration and reporting for executives and directors.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Investor Relations, and HR partners.
