You will drive job architecture, market pricing, incentive design, and governance, guiding diverse clients from strategy through implementation while leveraging analytics to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of compensation consulting experience or related total rewards consulting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants and project team members.
• Develop job architecture and compensation framework solutions.
• Conduct market pricing and compensation competitiveness analyses.
• Interpret compensation data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead compensation consulting engagements from strategy through implementation.
• Leverage analytics to improve compensation outcomes.
• Design and evaluate compensation philosophies, salary structures, and incentive programs.
• Manage multiple client engagements with high-quality deliverables.
• Support business development, client expansion, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Advise executives and HR leadership on compensation decisions.
