Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a mid to senior level Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Associate for its Washington DC office. You will advise on complex employee benefits and executive compensation matters within sophisticated corporate transactions, drafting and negotiating documents with attention to legal detail.

You will work closely with partners, manage multiple matters from inception to conclusion, and contribute to business development while benefiting from a structured

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in employee benefits and executive compensation matters.
• Experience drafting and reviewing sophisticated corporate and compensation documents.
• Ability to work independently within a corporate services focused practice.

Responsibilities

• Review employee benefit plans, executive agreements and compensation programs for corporate and M&A transactions.
• Assist in designing and implementing employee benefit and executive compensation programs for varied business structures.
• Draft and negotiate sophisticated corporate and compensation documents with high attention to legal and commercial detail.
• Manage multiple matters from inception to conclusion while maintaining effective communication with clients and colleagues.
• Support and develop business generation efforts through group initiatives and individual relationship building.
