Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution, a national full‑service firm, seeks a mid to senior level Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Associate to join its New York, NY office. The role offers exposure to sophisticated transactions and a platform that supports growth within the corporate services group.

You will review plans, draft and negotiate documents, and work closely with senior partners while owning meaningful work product and advancing a long‑term career in a collaborative, diverse environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of focused experience in employee benefits and executive compensation.
• Substantial experience drafting and reviewing sophisticated corporate and transactional benefits documents.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice in New York or eligibility to become admitted promptly.
• Ability to work independently in office 5 days per week with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review employee benefit plans, agreements, and compensation programs in connection with mergers and acquisitions.
• Advise on design, implementation, and compliance of employee benefits and executive compensation arrangements.
• Draft, revise, and negotiate sophisticated corporate and compensation related documents and ancillary deal materials.
• Manage multiple matters simultaneously from inception to conclusion while delivering high quality, timely work product.
• Collaborate with partners on business development and help deepen client relationships within the corporate services group.
