The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience advising on executive compensation and employee benefits in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. Admission to the New York State Bar is required, and candidates with large law firm backgrounds are preferred.

• Experience advising on executive compensation plans and employee benefits in corporate transactions.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for employment and severance agreements.
• Experience supporting the executive compensation and benefits aspects of M&A deals.
