Job summary

Macy's in New York, NY seeks an Associate for Executive Compensation to support enterprise-wide incentive programs. You will collaborate with senior leadership, manage equity award lifecycles, and ensure compliance and accurate reporting across Finance, HR, Legal, and Tax.

Responsibilities include LTI administration, proxy disclosure support, governance, and cross-functional partnership to optimize planning and program design.

Qualifications

• Experience with executive compensation programs and long-term incentive plans.
• Ability to manage grant lifecycle, vesting, exercises, and settlements.
• Knowledge of SEC/IRS requirements and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration of the LTI program with forecasting and education.
• Manage grant approvals, vesting, settlements, terminations, and communications.
• Draft proxy tables and disclosures for the annual proxy statement.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and accurate reporting across teams.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, Tax, and HR Tech on systems.
