Job summary

People Incorporated in New York, NY is seeking a Director of Executive Compensation to lead equity and executive compensation programs. This role balances technical governance with strategic communication at the Board level, reporting to the VP Total Rewards.

The position is hybrid in-office with remote work up to two days per week, based at the NYC headquarters. Strong background in equity administration and regulatory compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or Business.
• CCP certification is a plus.
• 8+ years of progressive compensation experience, incl. equity.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of global equity awards across jurisdictions.
• Lead executive benchmarking and pay analysis for senior leaders.
• Prepare and review regulatory disclosures and CD&A content.
• Collaborate with VP Total Rewards and external stock plan providers.
