Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in executive communications or related field.
• Proven experience supporting senior executives and leadership teams.
• Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and content development skills.
• Experience developing executive messaging, thought leadership, and strategic narratives.
• Strong understanding of digital communications and executive social media strategy.
• Ability to translate complex topics into engaging content for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic communications advisor to EO leaders.
• Develop and evolve executive positioning strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Create compelling thought leadership platforms and executive narratives.
• Identify opportunities to increase visibility across channels.
• Prepare leaders with messages, questions, and supporting content.
• Draft content across LinkedIn, articles, employee communications, and speeches.
• Manage executive visibility strategies and content calendars.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Internal Communications, and business leaders.
