Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in executive or strategic communications.
• Experience supporting senior executives and developing C-suite communications.
• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling across presentations, talking points, emails and social content.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling narratives.
• Strong judgment, discretion and executive presence.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day CEO communications deliverables across internal and external audiences (talking points, presentations, emails, scripts, briefing materials, social content).
• Shape story, narrative flow and creative approach for CEO keynotes, meetings, videos and engagements.
• Partner with leadership to advance CEO communications strategy and refresh key narratives.
• Develop briefing materials and prep the CEO for key engagements with stakeholders.
• Maintain consistent CEO voice and authenticity across communications.
