Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and track CEO engagements, timelines, logistics, and deliverables.
• Draft and edit internal communications, briefing memos, event materials, remarks, and talking points.
• Research stakeholders and organizations, and prepare concise briefing documents.
• Coordinate CEO communications channels, calendar, and scheduling with executive assistants and internal teams.
• Support employee and leadership engagement initiatives, press opportunities, and external stakeholder engagements.
• Track and archive press coverage and correspondence.
