Job summary

Brobston Group, a leader in luxury lifestyle communications, seeks a Corporate Communications Lead to shape external narratives and protect brand reputation. You will steer executive messaging, engage top media, and guide financial communications for earnings cycles and investor events.

The role requires strong writing, strategic storytelling, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams while coordinating with Finance, Strategy, and Legal. Collaboration across global teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong business acumen in luxury/retail/consumer industries with media relations experience including financial press.
• Financial acumen and familiarity with financial markets, regulatory matters, and investor community.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, spokesperson, and communications strategy skills.
• Experience advising senior executives, managing direct reports, and working across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaborative tools; curiosity about AI in communications.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with business and financial reporters and share insights on industry trends and media coverage.
• Develop communications strategies, narratives, messaging, press materials, and executive briefings.
• Support earnings communications, shareholder meetings, investor events, and CEO and CFO engagements.
• Advise on corporate issues and crisis response, maintain the crisis playbook, and coordinate with agency partners.
• Partner with global communications teams and internal stakeholders, including Finance, Strategy, Investor Relations, and Legal.
• Support corporate website content, digital channels, and communications measurement.
