Job summary

DE-YAN seeks an Executive Communications & Narrative Director who can partner with senior leaders to craft high-impact messaging for industry keynotes, investor events, and town halls.

You will sit close to executives, advise on narrative, timing, and audience, and help shape what they say and why it matters, beyond simply taking briefs. Previous experience serving C-suite audiences in entertainment is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in executive communications or speechwriting for C-suite or president-level principals.
• Experience in entertainment industry communications is highly preferred, including studios, networks, or related agencies.
• Portfolio of delivered speeches and executive content showing range in voice, tone, and format.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the primary speechwriter for senior client executives, capturing each voice and rhythm.
• Write keynotes, remarks, talking points, scripts, toasts, and internal messages.
• Shape executive narratives linking business priorities to the brand's creative and cultural story.
