• Build P&G's Reputation and Influence; drive strategic messages to internal and external audiences.
• Create and execute global internal/external communications for leadership; speeches, panels, videos, media.
• Develop innovative communications to engage a diverse global employee base.
• Establish metrics linking communications to productivity, satisfaction and performance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing and HR on communications and events.
• May act as individual contributor or supervise/train entry-level professionals.
• Seek continuous knowledge development to meet current and future needs.
