Job summary

UICGS / Bowhead Family of Companies is seeking a VTC Administrator in Colorado Springs, CO to support our customer on the PICRD II contract. The role involves providing VTC/AV hardware support and troubleshooting, planning and facilitating VTCs, and maintaining equipment.

Qualified candidates should have a BS in a relevant field, a minimum of 6 years of advanced VTC/AV experience, and must hold a Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility. Certification in Comp TIA Security+ is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in engineering and installing VTC/AV systems.
• Experience supporting VTC/AV equipment on multiple networks.
• Sec+ certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide VTC/AV hardware support and troubleshooting.
• Schedule and facilitate VTCs for various networks.
• Coordinate with participants to enable smooth connections.
