Job summary

University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center seeks a Programs & Engagement Manager, PCI, to partner with the EVP of People, Culture and Infrastructure. The role elevates the EVP's internal and external presence through strategic communications, social media, and executive engagement initiatives.

You will translate the EVP's voice into speeches, presentations, and social content, while coordinating with strategic communications, Institutional Advancement, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, business administration, or related field.
• 5 years in executive support, communications, marketing, or a related role.
• Experience managing social media platforms and content strategies.
• Ability to translate an executive's voice and brand across materials.

Responsibilities

• Learn EVP's leadership style, voice, and personal brand.
• Represent and translate EVP's voice in communications and materials.
• Draft, edit speeches, talking points, and meeting materials.
• Partner with Strategic Communications to align with priorities.
• Create executive messaging for internal/external audiences.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment with sensitive information.
• Observe and accurately represent the EVP at events and engagements.
• Develop strategies to strengthen EVP's internal and external presence.
• Develop social media content calendars and posts aligned with priorities.
• Monitor engagement metrics and expand visibility and audience reach.
• Coordinate logistics for presentations and events.
• Prepare executive summaries and develop slides and infographics.
