What You\'ll Bring

• Substantial success selling cloud, software, technology, channel, or marketplace solutions.
• Proven experience leading complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision makers.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage both business and technical audiences.
• Expertise in consultative discovery, value-based selling, and business outcome conversations.
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute strategic account growth plans.
• Experience orchestrating cross-functional teams to win large, strategic opportunities.
• Strong understanding of cloud ecosystems, channel models, and marketplace economics.
• Data-driven decision-making and disciplined forecast management.
• Experience developing business cases, financial value narratives, and return on investment models.
• Advanced negotiation and commercial structuring capabilities.

• Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to obtain required Microsoft certifications within six months of hire.
• Microsoft Fundamentals and AI-related certifications are advantageous.

Compensation

• On-Target Earnings (OTE) beginning at $180,000+ annually , with the opportunity to earn more based on experience, skills, and demonstrated success.
• Compensation is structured with a 55% base salary / 45% variable incentive split, rewarding both individual performance and long-term partner growth.
