You’ll coach Client Partners and Senior Client Partners, shaping strategy, pricing, negotiations, and executive sponsorship to deliver predictable outcomes. You’ll collaborate with Delivery, Solutions, Sales, Strategy, and Marketing to protect client outcomes, shape growth, and monetize new offerings within a fast-growing

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in commercial leadership, client strategy, martech consulting, or enterprise account management.
• Proven success leading and growing a large, complex client portfolio with accountability for retention, expansion, profitability, forecasting, and the performance of other client leaders.
• Exceptional executive communication, presence, and influence for senior stakeholder alignment.
• Experience building, coaching, and holding high-performing client-facing teams accountable for commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Client Partners and Senior Client Partners to manage a ~$25M client portfolio.
• Develop disciplined account planning, pipeline development, and risk mitigation for predictable growth.
• Oversee complex pricing, negotiations, renewals, expansions, and multi-year programs.
• Shape growth strategies and accountabilities across the portfolio, translating plans into action.
• Maintain portfolio forecasting accuracy and identify risks and opportunities for commercial predictability.
• Serve as executive sponsor across the portfolio and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Coach and develop team capabilities and drive long-term client strategy.
