Job summary

Stitch is seeking an Executive Client Partner to lead a high‑value portfolio and develop a team of Client Partners. You will drive strategic account growth, coordinate cross‑functional efforts, and ensure strong client outcomes through executive sponsorship.

You will collaborate with Delivery, Solutions, Sales, Strategy, and Marketing to advance commercial strategy, grow offerings, and build future leaders within a fast‑growing martech environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in commercial leadership, client strategy, martech consulting, or enterprise account management.
• Demonstrated success leading large, complex client portfolios with retention, expansion, profitability, forecasting.
• Strong executive communication, presence, and influence across senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall commercial performance and growth of a ~$25M client portfolio.
• Coach and develop a team of Client Partners and Senior Client Partners.
• Drive account planning, pipeline development, and risk mitigation for portfolio growth.
• Shape go-to-market strategy and new offerings with Sales, Strategy, and Marketing.
• Maintain portfolio forecasting accuracy and identify risks/opportunities.
• Act as executive sponsor and ensure client outcomes across the portfolio.
