Job summary

Gulf Copper seeks a high-impact Chief of Staff to join at the Texas Gulf Coast site, working directly with the CEO to drive strategic transformation across finance, contracts, supply chain, HR, IT, and operations. You will coordinate executive-level reporting, manage a transformation program, and ensure disciplined execution through policy control and audit readiness.

The role requires strong writing, stakeholder management, and the ability to lead without formal authority while maintaining

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
7+ years in complex manufacturing, investment banking, or consulting with CoS/PMO experience.
Experience building or running a controlled document/policy/configuration system.
Experience preparing executive or board-level reports and leading leadership meetings.
Experience planning internal audits or control testing.
Able to access export-controlled information (ITAR/EAR).

Responsibilities

Support the CEO-chaired Transformation Steering Committee with monthly packs.
Lead Administrative Transformation Team with external consultants.
Collaborate with COO, CFO, CCO, and area owners on transformation.
Manage President’s Executive Assistant and external advisors; potential small staff.
