VoltaGrid is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic and operational partner to the CEO in Houston. This executive role focuses on translating priorities into action, aligning the leadership team, and driving initiatives across corporate, manufacturing, and field operations.

The Chief of Staff will operate in the Boardroom, manufacturing sites, and with customers, investors, and partners to increase the CEO’s effectiveness and ensure priority execution.

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive experience in strategy, operations, finance, or comparable leadership roles.
• Experience supporting a CEO, executive leadership team, or Board of Directors.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly with the CEO.

Mansioni

• Partner with the CEO to translate priorities into actionable objectives and milestones.
• Travel with the CEO to VoltaGrid facilities, field locations, and investor meetings.
• Lead or coordinate high-priority, cross-functional initiatives across the organization.
• Prepare executive materials and support Board/investor communications.
