Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA or Master's preferred).
• Active CPA license.
• 20+ years of accounting leadership experience in publicly traded, multi-national organizations.
• Experience leading SEC reporting, external financial reporting, technical accounting, global controllership, and SOX compliance.
• Experience partnering with Boards/Audit Committees and external auditors.
• Experience through growth, acquisitions, and organizational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the global accounting and controllership organization.
• Partner with CFO, executive leadership, and Board on financial strategy, governance, and risk.
• Oversee external financial reporting, SEC filings, and financial statement consolidation.
• Direct technical accounting, policy development, and adherence to U.S. GAAP across operations (incl. UK).
• Lead global accounting operations: close, consolidations, general ledger, payroll, and financial system integrity.
• Ensure SOX compliance and strengthen internal controls across the enterprise.
• Drive accounting transformation, automation, and ERP modernization to scale with growth.
• Support acquisition due diligence, purchase accounting, and post-close reporting.
