Qualifications

• 8+ years in project or program management, business ops, or Chief of Staff.
• Hands-on data/workforce management experience: staffing, capacity, dashboards.
• 3+ years working with senior executives or owners.
• Proven cross-department project leadership without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Join key meetings with the CEO (virtual) and summarize outcomes within 24 hours.
• Track deadlines and commitments; flag conflicts and keep priorities visible.
• Review CEO's inbox at high level and route or delegate items.
• Review drafts to ensure alignment with CEO expectations.
• Lead strategic projects end-to-end: scope, timeline, owners, milestones.
