• 4 to 8 years with a structured foundation, likely banking or consulting
• Strong memo writing and communication skills
• Ability to own outcomes and execute with founders' guidance
• Proven capability to manage cross-functional initiatives and schedules

Responsibilities

• Own the CEO's agenda, priorities, and sequencing
• Lead operating cadence: weekly leadership meetings, monthly reviews, quarterly planning
• Develop and monitor metrics, dashboards, and pre-reads for leadership
• Shape culture and internal communications; document decisions and actions
• Set and track goals with accountability and follow-through
• Collaborate with the CEO and President on strategic decisions and operations
