Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or Chief of Staff roles in high-growth tech companies.
• Strong ability to structure ambiguity, align stakeholders, and convert goals into actionable plans.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with influence across levels, including board and executives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO on strategy, organizational design, and high-stakes challenges.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and special projects from conception to completion.
• Schedule, prepare, and optimize the CEO's time and meetings; ensure critical decisions are well-informed.
