Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategy, operations, or chief of staff roles in high-growth tech.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and translate goals into actionable plans.
• Strong strategic thinking with execution discipline.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; influence stakeholders across levels.
• Analytical and data-driven decision making in fast-paced environments.
• High ownership mindset with autonomy and urgency.
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
• Fluent or advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted adviser to the CEO on strategy, org design, and high-stakes challenges.
• Represent the CEO in meetings, drive decisions within guardrails, and escalate as needed.
• Provide data-driven insights to CEO decisions and simplify complex information.
• Translate vision into clear priorities and track progress across the org.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and special projects spanning multiple teams.
• Prepare the CEO for key engagements including boards and investor conversations.
• Own high-priority meetings, structure agendas, and capture decisions and actions.
