Job summary

Grand Bank for Savings, FSB seeks a Chief Compliance Officer to lead the bank's Compliance Management System, oversee Fair Banking, BSA/AML, and a national credit card program, and drive regulatory relations with the OCC. This role reports to the CRO and acts as a second line of defense across products and channels.

The CCO will partner with senior leadership to mitigate risks, guide policy, and ensure compliance readiness for evolving regulations, including ECOA, Regulation Z, and emerging data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in consumer compliance within a federally regulated financial institution; 5+ years in leadership.
• Direct experience with national credit card compliance and Regulation Z/CARD Act.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and management of the Compliance Management System.
• Oversee Fair Lending, UDAAP, BSA/AML, and regulatory change management.
• Manage regulatory examinations and liaison with OCC/other agencies.
• Coordinate governance and reporting to Audit & Compliance Committee and Board.
• Build and lead a high-performing compliance team.
