Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive banking, compliance, risk, audit, or regulatory experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, mature, and administer the Bank's compliance management system.
• Provide strategic leadership for the Bank Compliance team, coaching and talent development.
• Lead regulatory examinations coordination and board reporting.
• Embed compliance considerations into new products, services, processes, and system implementations.
• Deliver compliance training and executive reporting to leadership and the Board.
