Job summary

Qualifications

• 9+ years of banking/financial services compliance experience.
• Leadership experience within a regional or community bank environment.
• Strong expertise across consumer compliance regulations, CRA, Fair Lending, and privacy laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the bank’s enterprise compliance management system (CMS).
• Oversee CRA, Fair Lending, consumer compliance, and privacy programs.
• Manage regulatory examinations, findings remediation, and regulatory relationships.
• Advise senior leadership on compliance risk, new products, and strategic initiatives.
