Grand Bank for Savings, FSB seeks a Chief Compliance Officer to lead the enterprise Compliance Management System, oversee regulatory relations, and guide senior leadership on compliance strategy across consumer protection laws.

The role reports to the CRO, manages Fair & Responsible Banking, BSA/AML, and open banking compliance, and partners with the Board on risk management and culture.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (JD, MBA, or equivalent).
• CRCM or similar compliance certification preferred; strong governance experience.

• Lead and manage the enterprise Compliance Management System.
• Serve as primary compliance liaison with OCC and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee Fair and Responsible Banking, BSA/AML, and regulatory reporting to Board.
• Build and mentor a high-performing compliance team and establish governance.
