The ideal candidate will bring five years of high-volume cooking experience, a Culinary Arts degree, ServSafe certification, and HACCP knowledge, with a focus on sustainable practices and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience developing culinary training programs and coaching kitchen staff.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP principles.
• Ability to forecast weekly/monthly food production and costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach kitchen personnel, including interviewing and performance assessments.
• Develop training programs and ensure SSA safety training for staff.
• Oversee daily preparation of standard and gourmet items and display for events.
• Monitor food temperatures, quality, and safety across locations.
• Manage inventory, supplier communications, and product orders.
