Snook Haven in Venice, FL, part of the SSA Group, is seeking passionate hospitality leaders to join a new team and deliver exceptional guest experiences along the Myakka River.

Work with Kitchen Managers and Chefs to ensure daily prep, safety, and service standards are met, while maintaining a clean and efficient operation. SSA Group values teamwork, guest focus, and operational excellence for career growth.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to stay organized and flexible in a fast-paced setting.
• Team player who is personable, professional, upbeat and energetic.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Live out SSA Hospitality principles by delivering warm, welcoming experiences.
• Collaborate with Kitchen Manager and Chef to complete daily prep for operations.
• Meet daily service, safety, quality, availability, and guest service standards.
• Ensure proper food quantities and assist with dishwashing as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment; uphold policies.
• Respond to guest feedback and report issues to supervisors promptly.
• Remain knowledgeable of menu items, prices, and specials for guests.
