Job summary

SSA Group is seeking a hospitality leader to join Snook Haven in Venice, FL, reporting to Food Service Operations Managers. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, uphold safety and quality standards, and ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and multitasking abilities, with flexibility for varied hours and shifts in a fast-paced environment along the Myakka River.

Qualifications

• Computer literacy for basic office functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations for the location/zone.
• Ensure adequate stocking, prep, staffing, service, safety and quality standards.
• Coach and assign duties to team members; monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Respond to guest feedback promptly and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with laws and policies.
• Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to uphold product standards.
