SSA Group is seeking a hospitality leader to join Snook Haven in Venice, FL, to help deliver warm, welcoming guest experiences along the Myakka River. You will ensure the restaurant and food locations are stocked, prepped, and staffed for daily operation and support supervisors to keep things running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of food service experience, strong people skills, and flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of food service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Deliver warm, welcoming guest experiences in line with SSA Group standards.
• Ensure the location is stocked, prepped and staffed for daily operation.
• Assist supervisors to ensure smooth restaurant and food location operations.
• Support daily restaurant prep for front-of-house and line operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and hygiene; follow sanitation requirements.
• Respond promptly to guest feedback and report issues to supervisors.
