Job summary

Elior North America is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the healthcare kitchen operations at Topeka Presbyterian Manor. You will supervise culinary teams, design menus, and ensure high-quality meal service across locations as assigned.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to travel up to 75% of the time. A culinary certification and 3+ years in culinary management are preferred, with opportunities to impact patient and resident dining

Qualifications

• Certification by a recognized culinary institution or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• At least three years' experience in culinary management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise culinary operations of retail and catering services.
• Plan menus based on market trends, customer preferences, and nutrition.
• Confer with district managers or other departments regarding daily dining service.
• Direct and coordinate the work of kitchen staff.
• Other tasks as assigned.
