Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality food preparation.
• Experience in scratch cooking in a high volume, fine dining setting.
• Proficiency in computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead the culinary team and oversee meal preparation.
• Maintain food safety standards and documentation of temperature charts.
• Direct dining service team members in absence of the Executive Chef.
