Job description

The Executive Chef Partner is responsible for leading a team of culinary professionals who deliver high-quality, great-tasting food, ensure proper food safety and sanitation procedures, and maintain profitability.

The Executive Chef contributes to increasing top-line sales and guest counts through the delivery of a superior team member and guest experience. Additionally, the Executive Chef supports the Culinary Development team to ensure menu items are executed with excellence in the restaurant.

Job Requirements

1. Proven success as head of kitchen operations in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant.
2. Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service.
3. Proven ability to develop and lead a team.
4. Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution.
5. A stable job history demonstrating upward career progression.
