Job Description

LocaliQ is looking for a Digital Account Manager responsible for building, maintaining, and growing relationships with clients by managing their advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (search, display, social ads, O&O digital/print media, etc.). The primary focus is ensuring clients achieve and exceed their marketing goals through strategic campaign planning and data analysis, acting as the main point of contact for client concerns and needs. Strong expertise in current and emerging marketing solutions, along with the ability to collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities and deliver solutions that maximize ROI, are essential. The role requires adaptability to navigate the evolving landscape of digital and traditional marketing, seamlessly integrating with various teams and responding to new challenges.

Responsibilities include:

  • Owning the client relationship by building rapport, demonstrating transparency, and delivering results aligned with business objectives.
  • Managing and anticipating client expectations, gaining alignment, and engaging partner teams effectively.
  • Maintaining open communication to ensure our value proposition and service successes align with client goals via regular performance reviews.
  • Articulating media programs to develop strategies and campaign plans.
  • Collaborating with sales and post-sale teams to implement digital strategies that meet and exceed client goals.
  • Advising clients on leveraging current and upcoming marketing strategies.
  • Ensuring consistent messaging across all digital channels including paid search, organic, display, social media, and O&O marketing.
  • Reviewing daily campaign performance, analyzing trends, and proactively suggesting innovative advertising techniques.
  • Coordinating with support teams to deliver and surpass client objectives regularly.

Key Skillset Requirements:

  • Quick mastery of business processes, marketing, and technology concepts.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing technologies and systems to review and advise on campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising campaigns including Search, Display, and traditional marketing methods.
  • Technical skills to optimize campaigns throughout their lifecycle.
  • Expertise with digital publishing systems and processes.
  • Understanding of how retail/service media, sales, and operations collaborate to drive business success.
  • Proven experience in relationship building and account management.
  • Efficiency and process improvement mindset.
  • Moderate skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing concepts such as PPC, programmatic display, social, email marketing, and analytics (GA4, Leads).
  • Customer-focused, proactive, creative, analytical, and adaptable to change.
  • Successful track record in fast-paced environments.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, marketing, advertising, public relations, journalism, or English.
  • At least 2 years managing online/digital advertising campaigns.
  • Over 3 years of client-facing service or account management experience.
  • Google Ads and Analytics certifications.

The annual base salary ranges from $55,000 to $75,000. Variable compensation may apply, and actual salary depends on skills, experience, location, and union status if applicable.
