Our "Career Mastery" program is an innovative online platform based coaching program designed to help senior-level corporate professionals (Directors, VP's, etc.) elevate their careers through expert guidance in areas like resume development, LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, and building an authoritative online presence.

At the heart of our program lies a unique approach that integrates mindfulness, meditation, emotional intelligence, and the principles of the law of attraction combined with neuroscience. We are looking for a Coaching Program Director with vision, expertise, and a passion for leadership to manage, grow, and scale our program while delivering an exceptional experience to our clients. The Role

The Coaching Program Director will oversee the day-to-day coaching & operations and fulfillment of the "Career Mastery" program, ensuring a seamless client experience, driving program excellence, and spearheading growth initiatives. You will work directly with senior-level corporate professionals, providing personalized coaching and support, while leading a team to deliver cutting-edge tools and techniques that enable job seekers to thrive in today’s competitive marketplace.

We seek a leader who brings current expertise in corporate career coaching, senior executive engagement, mindfulness practices, and the latest trends in generative AI for job seekers.

Client Experience & Program Management:

• Manage client progression, including regular check-ins and on-demand support.
• Serve as a community moderator and contributor on platforms like Skool, fostering engagement.

Coaching & Facilitation:

• Lead live group workshops and individual coaching sessions, delivering actionable strategies on resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, and career goal-setting and execution.
• Integrate mindfulness, meditation, and emotional intelligence practices into client sessions.

Content Development:

• Own and update program materials, including slide decks, training videos, and participant guides.
• Assist with procuring client testimonials for social media content to help us showcase program success stories and attract new clients.
• Recruit, train, and manage additional career coaches to scale the program.
• Collaborate on client feedback and program improvement initiatives.
• Stay ahead of trends in career coaching, generative AI, and professional branding relevance.

Qualifications

Must-Have Experience:

• Proven expertise in corporate career coaching for senior executives and tenured professionals.
• Job Search Mastery: Resumes, LinkedIn profiles, Interview strategies, and Personal Branding.
• Familiarity with generative AI and its application in job searching and professional branding.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate recruiting, career development, and program management within mid-to-enterprise level organizations.
• Good with technology & tools: Excel, Monday, GHL, project management, leveraging AI, ability to automate/streamline repetitive tasks using tools and/or ability quickly learn how!
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to lead, inspire, and support a diverse client base.
• Proficient in coaching executive level clients.
• Exceptional customer service skills and experience with client satisfaction practices.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for delivering results and scaling programs.

Bonus Points:

• Advanced knowledge of mindfulness practices, including meditation, holistic practices, and the law of attraction.
• Experience guiding entrepreneurs and consultants in building successful businesses.
• Background in learning and development or corporate training.

What We Offer

Compensation: $105,000 – $125,000 OTE ($85,000 base + Performance Bonuses)

• Quarterly Bonus of $5,000 - $10,000 based on Performance Metrics and Client Success.
• Note: Performance in this role demands significant commitment, passion, and energy.

Profit Sharing: After 12 months, consideration for profit share in our mutual success is an option.
