One of our companies is currently looking for an Executive Enrollment Coordinator in South Asia.

As an Executive Enrollment Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting students enrolled in executive academic programs, helping them successfully navigate the enrollment and registration process. This primarily remote role is ideal for someone passionate about student success, academic advising, and cross-cultural engagement. You will be the primary point of contact for students, providing guidance, resolving enrollment issues, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. A strong understanding of South Asian cultural nuances and fluency in Hindi will be essential for effective communication and relationship building. Your work will directly impact retention and engagement by ensuring students feel supported and informed throughout their academic journey.

Accountabilities:

  • Guide executive students through post-admission requirements such as transcript collection, visa documents, and financial forms
  • Conduct virtual orientation sessions to introduce academic structures, expectations, and the low-residency model
  • Maintain regular communication to promote student retention and assist with re-enrollment
  • Collaborate with internal departments (academic advising, registrar, financial aid) to resolve registration or progression issues
  • Provide culturally sensitive support, including assistance in Hindi where needed
  • Advise institutional teams on cultural considerations and scheduling related to South Asian traditions and holidays
  • Create training resources to improve cross-cultural awareness within the institution
  • Bachelor’s degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Intercultural Studies, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in enrollment, academic advising, or student support in higher education
  • Fluency in Hindi (spoken and written)
  • Experience supporting students from diverse and international backgrounds, especially from South Asia
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
  • Preferred: Familiarity with hybrid or low-residency programs, CRM tools (e.g., Slate or Ellucian), and knowledge of international student documentation processes
