The Singer Oceanfront Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton, seeks anExecutive Chef to lead culinary operations at an upscale beachside resort. You will own menu development, food quality, and dining experiences that delight guests in a four-mile stretch on Singer Island.

Lead a talented team, manage costs, and elevate hospitality through exceptional culinary standards in a dynamic Florida resort setting.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English.
• Experience leading a culinary team and achieving financial goals.
• Minimum 5 years cooking experience in a high-volume setting.
• College degree or certification in culinary/hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee culinary operations across all outlets and events.
• Lead menu development, food quality and presentation standards.
• Recruit, train, and mentor culinary staff; ensure compliance with Davidson policies.
• Coordinate with outlets to maintain quality and consistency of service.
• Direct purchasing, inventory, and sanitation in alignment with brand standards.
