The Singer Oceanfront Resort is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team on Singer Island, FL. You will oversee culinary operations, drive menu development, ensure exceptional food quality, and elevate guest experiences in an upscale, four‑star environment.

Leading a dynamic team, you will manage food cost, quality standards, and kitchen workflows to deliver outstanding dining experiences for guests from around the world.

Qualifications

• Read, write and speak English.
• Ability to understand financial goals and accomplish them.
• Minimum 5 years cooking experience.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.
• Previous management experience in kitchen of 4 years.
• College degree or certification in culinary field/hospitality field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee culinary operations and menu development.
• Ensure food quality and consistency across outlets.
• Lead and develop kitchen staff; train and discipline as required.
• Direct purchasing and inventory to optimize cost and quality.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety.
• Collaborate with sales and events teams to execute special menus.
