Job summary

CCL Hospitality Group is seeking an inspirational Executive Chef to lead daily kitchen operations, including recruiting, training, and food preparation, while driving resident, employee, and client satisfaction. The role demands strong culinary leadership, financial acumen, and a focus on safety and sanitation, with relocation assistance available.

The Executive Chef will manage multi-unit culinary operations, develop menus with seasonal ingredients, train onsite staff, and ensure monthly

Qualifications

• BA in Culinary Arts preferred; candidates with 10-15 years of culinary experience will also be considered.
• Strong budgeting, cost control, and operational leadership experience.
• Experience managing up to 2 kitchens simultaneously is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic hospitality tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily culinary production and ensure food quality, presentation, and safety standards.
• Provide direction on menu development and seasonal specials.
• Monitor food inventory, purchasing, and cost controls to meet budgets.
• Oversee staff performance, coaching, and safety training.
• Ensure resident and client satisfaction through exceptional service and teamwork.
