Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manages culinary activities for the GHC Kitchen; oversees all kitchen activity.
• Trains personnel and plans menus; oversees purchasing and budget.
• Coordinates training for kitchen and other staff; ensures health and sanitation standards.
• Develops recipes and portion specs; submits menus in advance for approval.
• Maintains professional appearance and adheres to scheduling/ time management.
