Job summary

The Springs at Whitefish is seeking an Executive Chef/Manager to blend culinary talent with strong leadership. You will work closely with the Executive Director to support the dining team, design menus for multiple service styles, and cater special events while upholding superior dining standards for residents and families.

The ideal candidate demonstrates a serious commitment to staff development, flavorful presentation, and accountability to residents.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management experience in a dining operation.
• Proven culinary excellence with menu planning and execution.
• Experience catering events and managing a team of cooks and servers.

Springs at Whitefish seeks Executive Chef/Manager with the perfect blend of culinary talent and leadership/management skills. The Executive Chef is responsible to work hand in hand with our Executive Director to support the dining team in a professional manner, create varied menus for several styles of service, cater special events as well as set a superior standard for the provision of a high quality dining experience.

The right candidate has serious commitment to staff development, flavorful food and plate presentation, and has a high degree of accountability to the residents we serve.
